At **Orange Cloud Nine**, every piece is made-to-order with care, love, and customization just for you.
**Please note:**
As our products are created on-demand and often personalized, **we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.**
**Exceptions:**
A replacement or store credit will only be provided if:
- You receive a defective or damaged product.
- You receive a product different from what was ordered.
To report an issue, email us at **info@orangecloud9.com** within **48 hours of receiving your order**, along with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
**Important:**
- No cancellations or refunds will be entertained for reasons of change of mind, size issues (size charts are provided), or delays caused by shipping partners.
- Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
